Andrea Pradilla received her Bachelor´s Degree in Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Colombia, post-graduate Specialization in International Business Law from the Universidad de los Andes, and a Master´s Degree with Honors in International Relations and International Development from Georgetown University in the United States, where she also has obtained the Specialization with honors in International Business Diplomacy. Before joining the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), Andrea Pradilla led the National Contact Point for the OECD Guidelines for MNEs. Likewise, she spearheaded the inclusion of sustainable development aspects in the Colombian trade negotiations and co-authored the first draft of the national guidelines promoting corporate sustainability. Previously, Andrea worked as a consultant in Corporate Social Responsibility and Development at Wise Solutions LLC in Washington DC, where she was responsible for, among other things, the creation and strengthening of social investment strategies for multinational companies, foundations, and non-profit organizations in Asia, Europe, the United States, and Latin America. She was also part of the Albright Stonebridge Group and the International Labor Rights Forum in Washington DC. Prior to these positions and professional engagements, she served as advisor to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in Colombia. Since 2014, Andrea Pradilla is the Director of GRI in Latin America where she leads regional work around corporate sustainability strategy, ESG and reporting. Andrea is also a professor of corporate sustainability at the CESA Business School and Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She has been a speaker and lecturer at more than 300 international, regional, and national events, including the World Economic Forum, the United Nations Forum on Business and Human Rights, COP20, IDB Invest Week, World Bank Regional Conferences, among others.

Natalya Leahy, Chief Operations Officer, Holland America Group

Natalya Leahy is Chief Operations Officer for Holland America Group (the largest division of Carnival Corporation and plc.) including Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Seabourn, P&O Australia, and all Land Operations. She is responsible for providing holistic strategic and operational leadership across the portfolio of four brands, including managing strategy and transformation, global port and Alaska land operations (nine lodges and transportation business), IT, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, retail and photo business, HR, legal and risk management. Natalya led major post COVID business recovery efforts after two years of pause in operations, including leading significant organizational restructuring, cash preservation and liquidity management efforts, cost innovation plan, and returning the 35 ship and land lodges fleet back to service and profitability. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer for Holland America Group, providing financial oversight and leadership for all brands and land operations in financial strategy, analysis, planning and reporting, accounting, tax and treasury. Natalya joined Holland America Group in 2015 as Vice President of Finance, overseeing financial planning and operations. Before joining Holland America Group, Natalya spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held multiple executive leadership roles in various segments (Laundry, Baby Care, Home Care, Paper, and others). She led number of new product launches, managed global divisions, worked with retail partners, and led market strategy and planning. Under her leadership as CFO for the Glad Joint Venture between P&G and Clorox Company ($1B in annual revenue), the JV achieved record financial performance and market share earning Natalya the Clorox Shareholders Value Creation Award. Prior to joining P&G in 2006, she held positions at the United Nations, Coca Cola Bottlers, and Le Meriden Hotels. A native of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, she holds an MBA degree (2006) from The Eli Broad Graduate School of Management at Michigan State University and received her undergraduate degree from Tashkent Financial University in Uzbekistan. Natalya is passionate about improving lives through education and equality. She is the founding member of the Special Olympics in Uzbekistan, which became the largest organization that introduced systemic support for community members with mental challenges. Natalya is a recipient of MSU Broad School of Business Alumni Achievement Award and serves on School Advisory Board. Natalya also serves on the Board of University of Washington Global Business Center and is the former member of the Seattle Aquarium Board. She actively supports the equitable treatment and representation of women in business and mentors many women in helping them to achieve their career and personal goals. Natalya is a proud mother to Veronica and Anastacia. She is avid traveler and believes that travel opens minds and builds shared humanity. She also enjoys running, hiking, and building new connections.

Sustainability, ESG, CSR, sustainable finance expert and practitioner. From November 2021 member of the working group on developing a uniform sustainability reporting standard for the EU as part of the EFRAG work (PTF-ESRS). Member of the ESG Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. Since 2017, she has been responsible for management and implementation of the CSR and Sustainability Strategy and integration of ESG aspects into the business goals of BNP Paribas Bank, as well as development of the area of sustainable finance. The effectiveness of actions taken was confirmed, among others, by the Bank winning the 1st place three times in the general classification of the Responsible Companies Ranking 2019, 2020 and 2021, as well as by numerous awards and distinctions in the areas of responsible business cand sustainability. Initiator of the Green Change Bank program. Member of the Management Board of the BNP Paribas Foundation. Previously in the Deloitte Sustainability Consulting Central Europe team, Maria was responsible for projects in the area of non-financial reporting and strategic CSR/ESG management, carrying out projects for business and institutional clients in Poland and the CEE region. She also gained professional experience in the field of corporate social responsibility in Tchibo Warsaw, in corporate philanthropy in the Polish Donors Forum. Alumni of the League of Responsible Business. Graduate of economics at the University of Warsaw and management at the Warsaw School of Economics. A student of Ph.D. studies at the College of World Economy of the Warsaw School of Economics. She completed the Sustainable Finance course at the University of Cambridge. Privately an active social activist and volunteer. Deeply believes in the synergy of business and social goals, with the motto "the human being first".
