Lucye has over 15 years of international consulting experience with clients across Mercer’s Career, Pay Equity, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion solutions offerings, using data and analytics to design and implement business-centric solutions to support Human Capital needs. Currently she supports clients to address the effects and sources of gender and racial disparities in the workplace.
Lucye has worked with clients around the world across various industries including Consumer Goods / Retail / Luxury, as well as Technology and Financial Services.
Recent project work includes helping companies on diversity and inclusion strategy development and policy reviews, pay equity and gender pay disclosure support, total rewards, executive remuneration and incentive design, pay for performance, performance management, HR due diligence and HR transformation.
Lucye received a M.A. double degree in Classic and Economics from Georgetown University in 2006 and an Executive Masters in Luxury Business Management from Bocconi University in November 2019.
