The Generation Female Global Summit is returning for a second year, with an expanded program, top-notch speakers and renewed format. Launched in 2020, the Summit is the first such conference of its kind, gathering current and future international women leaders from various industries, with the aim to champion leadership development and empower the next generation of women leaders.
Held virtually from 1st to 3rd October, the three days will each feature a dedicated theme, focus and offering - from big-picture, high-level perspectives to practical and specific skill-sets that optimize personal development - curated to comprehensively and conveniently support women leaders.

Day 1 - Generation:Trailblazers (1st October) will bring together pioneering women leaders from around the world to share their experience and expertise. Day 2 - Generation:Founders (2nd October) will focus on growing and supporting the global community of female founders and “femtreprenuers”. Day 3 - Generation:Future (3rd October) closes out this year’s event with a forward-looking focus on growth and transformation. On Day 3, attendees can look forward to a range of masterclasses and sessions aimed to offer practical knowledge, mindset and skill-set coaching, both for younger audiences entering the workforce as well as mid-career attendees interested in enhancing their personal and professional development. The Generation Female Global Summit is the flagship event of Generation Female, a non-profit association set up to empower and support women leaders in their personal and professional capacities. This year’s Summit will be completely free of charge to attend – in line with Generation Female’s mission to build an inclusive community and conversation by enabling worldwide access to a platform where participants can learn together and from each other. Session recordings will also be made available to all registrants, to facilitate convenient access across different time zones and amidst hectic schedules.
